This policy explains how Dento ERP handles clinic and patient-related operational data. We design our platform to support privacy, accountability, and secure processing for real-world healthcare workflows.
We only process data needed to operate clinic workflows.
Clinics control their tenant data; we do not sell patient data.
Access is controlled via role-based permissions and authentication.

We may collect account information (name, email, phone), clinic profile details, billing records, subscription details, and operational data such as appointments, invoices, and patient records entered by authorized clinic users.
Data is used to provide core ERP functionality, improve reliability, support reminders/communication workflows, generate operational analytics, process subscriptions, and maintain platform security and service quality.
Each clinic remains the controller/owner of its business and patient data entered into Dento ERP. Dento ERP acts as a service provider/processor for hosted platform operations and does not sell tenant data.
We apply role-based access controls, authentication safeguards, transport security, and infrastructure protections designed to prevent unauthorized access. Clinics are responsible for managing user access and credential hygiene within their teams.
We retain data while your workspace is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and operational continuity. Upon account closure, data handling follows contractual and applicable legal obligations.
Certain features may involve integrated third-party providers (for example payment gateways or communication APIs). Those services may process limited data as required for feature delivery under their own policies and compliance controls.
