These Terms govern access to and use of Dento ERP. By using the platform, your clinic agrees to these Terms on behalf of its authorized users.

1. Service Scope

Dento ERP provides software tools for clinic operations including scheduling, records, billing, and administrative workflows. Service capabilities may evolve as we improve platform reliability and features.

2. Account Responsibility

Clinics are responsible for account security, role assignments, and authorized use by staff. Credentials must not be shared outside approved users. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity should be reported promptly.

3. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Clinics must ensure lawful handling of patient and operational data in their jurisdiction.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans, renewal cycles, taxes, and applicable charges are described in plan details and billing agreements. Non-payment may result in restricted access according to account and subscription status.

5. Data and Compliance

Clinics retain responsibility for data accuracy and legal compliance of records entered into the platform. Dento ERP maintains infrastructure and software controls to support secure processing.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime and operational continuity. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation and Changes

To the extent permitted by law, Dento ERP is provided on a best-effort commercial basis with reasonable safeguards but without guarantees against every interruption. We may revise these Terms and will update the date above when changes apply.
